Sun Valley Foods, LLC is a warehouse and distribution center located in the United States, providing service to customers across the country. As the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) Importer of Record we are fully compliant with FSVP and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) for the holding of Human Food.

The processing of our products occurs in our factory in Mexico and then is shipped across the border and stored for distribution at our warehouse in El Paso, TX.

Distribution
Sun Valley Foods, LLC Warehouse
Distribution from Mexico to the US warehouse location occurs as soon as the product has passed quality control guidelines and is approved for shipment. Each pallet of items is shrink-wrapped and loaded on the truck which is then locked and sealed. As expected, customs paperwork and manifests go with the truck and driver to cross the border and customs at the either Santa Teresa or Columbus ports.
All trucks pass through Customs at the Mexico/US border and are either allowed through or spot inspected by FDA.
Distribution from the US warehouse to our customers is by their preferred carrier or broker. We do not arrange transportation as we are an FOB warehouse, the sale is finalized as soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse. This allows our customers to keep control over individual shipping costs and to use their favorite providers.
